Outdoor Metal PU Sandwich Panel Production Process
Material Preparation: Core Material: The core material, often polyurethane, is prepared according to the required density and thickness. Metal Sheets: The outer metal sheets are cut and shaped according to design specifications.

Curing and Cooling: The sandwich panel is then left to cure, ensuring the adhesive bonds effectively, creating a strong, cohesive panel. After curing, the panels are cooled to stabilize the structure.
Finishing Touches: Panels are cut to the desired lengths. Additional features like edge profiling, protective coatings, or color finishes are applied.
