Aluminum honeycomb panel installation method

1. Ear type
This installation method is to separate the ear and the honeycomb panel. The ear is processed separately and connected to the glue joint position of the honeycomb panel. The suitable width of the glue joint is ≥12mm. This installation method makes the processing simple and easy to install.
2. Flanging type
This installation method is to process the aluminum honeycomb panel with the installation flange. The installation only needs to be connected with the keel and the glue joint. The suitable glue joint width is ≥10mm. This method is easy to install, but the processing is slightly complicated and not suitable for modeling curtain wall panels.
3. Buckle strip type
This node is aluminum buckle strip type. The buckle strip is a specific profile and is easy to install. However, this method has high requirements on the processing accuracy of the plate. It is not recommended to use it for plates with a length of more than 3000mm. According to the width of the buckle strip, the plate has 20mm and 40mm in the middle seam.
