Aluminum decorative panels
The materials of aluminum honeycomb decorative panels are generally 3003, 5005 and other grades. 1100 plates with low alloy content are rarely used. The decorative surface is sprayed or roller coated, and the coating is polyester or fluorocarbon paint. The exterior wall panels are sprayed, and more than three coats are required. The paint layer thickness is ≥40μm, so that the durability of the coating can be guaranteed.
The aluminum plate must undergo strict surface anodizing treatment before painting, sufficient coating adhesion and bonding strength with the honeycomb core, and the panel coating should meet the requirements of specification YS/T429.2-2000.
Aluminum backplane
The backplane of the aluminum honeycomb panel should be made of the same material as the panel, and the surface should be anodized. The side exposed to the air should be coated with a protective coating. The coating material can be polyester, epoxy, acrylic and other materials to prevent the aluminum plate from rusting due to long-term exposure to the air.
Aluminum honeycomb core material
Aluminum honeycomb core material is processed and manufactured on the aluminum honeycomb core production line with aluminum foil and special honeycomb node glue. The factors that affect the performance of honeycomb core materials mainly include parameters such as aluminum foil, node glue and honeycomb core specifications.
Aluminum foil
Aluminum foil should be 3003 grade, and the processing process should be strictly surface treated. In products with high strength or durability requirements, honeycomb core materials made of 1100 pure aluminum foil should be used with caution.
Node glue
Node glue should be epoxy modified high temperature curing glue, which not only provides sufficient bonding strength but also has good environmental resistance and high and low temperature resistance. Common adhesives are often easy to debond the honeycomb core due to their low strength, causing overall damage and instability.
The node strength of the honeycomb core is the main basis for evaluating its performance, and its node strength data should be ≥2.0N/mm.
