Aluminum honeycomb panel gluing and cleaning

1. Tear off the folded edge of the protective film on the aluminum honeycomb panel, and stick the masking paper on the folded edge at a 90° angle. The masking paper should be folded into a 90° angle at the "+" glue seam. The masking paper of the entire plate should be in place at one time, and it should be swept flat to avoid wrinkles.
2. Fill the foam beech, which should be dense and straight.
3. When pouring glue, go in a straight line, from top to bottom, from left to right, and finish it at one time.
4. The scraping glue should also be done at one time according to the principle of glue injection, and the scraping speed at the "+" interface should be slightly slower.
5. Tear off the masking paper, pull it outward at a 45° angle, and collect the torn masking paper in the trash can to avoid environmental pollution.
6. After the weather-resistant glue is dry, tear off the outer protective film when sweeping the tail, and wipe off the dust around with a dry rag.
